WHO DOES YOUNG FAMILIES EARLY HEAD START (YFEHS) SERVE?
Young Families is an Early Head Start program that serves primarily teen and low-income families with children birth to three years of age, pregnant women, and infants and toddlers with special needs.

- A pregnant/parenting teen
- A low-income family with a child from birth to three years of age
- A parent of a child with special needs birth to three years of age
- Foster parent of a child birth to three years of age
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Young Families Early Head Start, Inc. is to assist and support low-income, primarily teen, parents and prenatal parents in pursuit of their educational goals and the development of their parenting skills, while providing comprehensive quality child care for their infants and toddlers, birth to age three.

Young Families Early Head Start has earned the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services Best Beginnings STARS to Quality STAR 5 designation, which is the highest quality level. YFEHS is committed to excellence in the field of early childhood education and is currently the only STAR 5 Center in Montana.
YFEHS is a Montana non-profit tax-exempt organization pursuant to the Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-exempt to the full extent provided by law.
