Young Families is able to provide full family support services as well as resources and referrals to assist families in accessing community resources for food, clothing, transportation*, mental health, nutrition counseling, health care, and other areas of need. *YFEHS does not provide transportation services to YFEHS children and families attending YFEHS programs and events.  YFEHS does offer assistance coordinating transportation needs with community resources.
